Ordering

Prior to ordering please ensure you check the dimensions of the work you are looking at to ensure it will fit into your property and where you want it to hang. It is your responsibility to ensure the colour scheme, and all aspects of your order are correct as you will incur charges to return the work. We are happy to clarify any information on an individual piece or discuss requirements prior to purchase.

Estimated delivery times:

This will be communicated individually after purchase however delivery should be within 2 weeks.

Each piece is individually wrapped by a specialist courier and delivered insured. This part cannot be rushed as the print/original artwork are delicate items.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for a refund minus any shipping costs. The item must be in pristine condition and able to be resold, you must pay the return courier costs and this must include insurance. Failure to insure the item may result in no refund for the item due to it being unable to be resold. By purchasing the items you automatically agree to these terms.

We ensure items are in perfect condition prior to dispatching therefore if your item has arrived damaged in transit we would require you to sign as damaged you should be able to see this on the external packaging. We would require you to take photos from various angles of the work showing the damage including the packaging damage and send these to us. We do require you to retain the packaging in order for the courier to collect the item from you. Once we receive the item we will contact you.
