Authenticity: How can I verify the authenticity of Robert Oxleys work?
All Robert Oxley work purchased from Oxleyart are sent with a certificate of authenticity which are signed by the artist, all prints are limited edition’s and hand signed by Robert.
Viewing the Art: Can I view Roberts artwork?
Roberts studio is not open to the public without prior notice. Please contact Robert to arrange a suitable time to view works of art.
Direct bank transfers are available and I will email details of these to you when you place your order, I can hold your item in stock for two days until payment is received, after this items will automatically go back onto the website for sale.
Once your order has been received I will contact you to advise when your item will be dispatched items are usually sent within one to two weeks of order. However, we are happy to discuss individual requirements.
Saturday deliveries can be arranged however these will incur additional charges.
Paintings purchased are non-refundable unless damaged in transit please see below information with regards to this, alternatively please contact me for further information. Return Delivery would be payable by the customer and there would be an additional charge for initial deliver of the painting/print. Insurance would be a necessary requirement.
What do I need to do if my painting/print has been damaged in transit?
If the external packaging has obvious external damage please indicate this upon signing the courier for the parcel i.e. please write “Damaged” next to your signature. Please then photograph the items including the packaging immediately upon receipt and contact us with these details.
Items to be returned due to courier damage must be wrapped in as much of the original packaging as possible, including the external cardboard and sealed. Please contact us and advise immediately if this is not the case as our courier will not be able to collect without this. Photos maybe required in order to arrange collection.
We will be able to advise you the best date and time for the collection.
