A little nostalgia. A lot of personality.
Robert Oxley’s The Green Plumber is an exuberant celebration of character, colour and contemporary pop culture.
The green-capped figure stares wide-eyed from a cascade of flowing paint, his familiar features transformed into an expressive portrait with all the energy and attitude of modern street art.
Rich greens tumble into electric blues, while dark outlines and warm flesh tones add depth to a composition that’s packed with detail.
In our Metro Edition, the artwork takes on a particularly smart contemporary appearance.
Printed on canvas and bonded to a rigid board, the image is presented within a clean black frame. The substantial 45mm-deep profile gives the finished piece an architectural quality, making it stand proudly away from the wall.
Measuring 16″ × 14″, the Metro Edition is beautifully suited to modern interiors, creative workspaces and collections of contemporary character art.
Its compact proportions also make it ideal for pairing with The Red Plumber, creating a colourful display that’s full of personality.
