Two familiar faces. One brilliantly colourful combination.
There’s something irresistible about seeing these two characters reunited.
Robert Oxley’s The Red Plumber and The Green Plumber celebrate the visual nostalgia of gaming culture with an exuberant contemporary twist.
Their wide-eyed expressions, unmistakable colours and cascading paint effects turn a familiar double act into two bold pieces of collectible pop art.
Presented together, the contrasting red and green compositions create a striking visual partnership. The consistent proportions, crisp white backgrounds and matching black frames make the two pieces particularly effective when hung side by side.
Our Metro Edition brings a smart, contemporary finish to both artworks. Each is printed on canvas bonded to a rigid board and housed in a black frame with a substantial 45mm-deep profile.
Measuring 16 × 14 inches each, the pair offers plenty of visual impact without demanding an enormous wall.
Ideal for contemporary living spaces, creative studios, home offices and gaming-inspired interiors, this is a lively pairing for collectors who appreciate art that doesn’t take itself too seriously.
